Four Points By Sheraton Nashville Airport – Hotel near airport in Nashville

The hotel was charming with friendly staff and a convenient location. However, the room needed maintenance work and was outdated. The dining options were limited, but the pricing was fair.

My stay at the hotel was quite nice overall. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, although there was some noise at night which affected my sleep. The air conditioner in our room wasn't working, but thankfully the room itself was fine and clean. The service provided by the staff was very helpful, especially when we requested to switch to another room. The staff were professional and accommodating, although one of them appeared distracted by his phone while driving us. The hotel's location was convenient, being in close proximity to the airport and within walking distance to lots of food outlets. Unfortunately, the dining experience was not up to par as the food was old, dry, and unappetizing, considering the price of the meal. The facilities at the hotel were decent, although there were some areas that needed improvement.
